After-School Creative Arts

Last Thursday, members of the GCC Creative Arts team came to work with the kids after-school. They played theater games to promote imagination, creativity, comprehension, and fluency. It was entertaining to watch the kindergarten through fourth graders let go of their inhibitions and have a great time. They pretended to walk through popcorn, chanted together, and finished each other's sentences. It was awesome. They will be back next month and we are so glad!
